HIDDEN EYES SYSTEM DOCUMENTS
Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Hidden Eyes System uses, why it is needed, and how users can ask questions about its processing.
1. General
1.1. This policy covers information processed when using Hidden Eyes System on catspictures.online and www.catspictures.online, including the subscription page, the @nocturne_HES_bot Telegram bot, and the account.
1.2. Processing follows applicable Russian law. This policy does not replace a separate consent when the law requires one.
2. Information processed
2.1. The service may process:
- an email address or Telegram user ID, name, and username shared by the user through Telegram;
- account and subscription identifiers, access issue and expiry dates, and email or Telegram verification status;
- technical data about verification codes, one-time links, and account sessions;
- IP address and technical information about requests, browser, device, and connection operation;
- support messages, including photos or documents the user chooses to attach.
2.2. A passport, document photos, and bank card details are not required to receive a subscription.
2.3. Necessary cookies and temporary browser storage support sign-in and unfinished sign-up. The service keeps referral-link context on its pages for up to 30 days and counts approximate opens of an invitation page in a browser. Administrators can see the inviter, invitee, and confirmed-payment marker; the invitee's contact details are not shared with the inviter. The “business card” source is connected to a new registration only after verification. Subscription issue and confirmed payment are counted separately. Business-card opens are approximate: this counter does not store IP addresses or User-Agent, and opening the site does not prove VPN use. No automatic campaign rewards are issued. The subscription and account pages do not use advertising trackers.
3. Purposes
3.1. Information is used to issue a subscription and show its term; verify email or Telegram and sign in; send codes, one-time links, and service notices; provide support; diagnose and protect the service; prevent repeated trial issuance; and comply with legal requirements.
3.2. Providing an email address for a code or sign-in does not mean consent to marketing messages.
4. Sharing
4.1. Information is shared only where there is a legal basis: with processors needed to provide the service, when required by law, or with the user's consent where required.
4.2. Resend delivers verification codes and one-time links. It receives the recipient address, service-message content, and information needed for delivery.
4.3. Hosting and network providers process technical data needed to operate the infrastructure. Foreign providers may process data outside Russia subject to applicable requirements.
4.4. When the Telegram bot is used, Telegram provides the user's ID, name, username, and messages. Telegram delivers bot messages, personal subscription links, and one-time sign-in links. The bot does not request a phone number. Confirmed support requests and any attached photos or documents are kept while the request is handled; delivery messages are kept temporarily until delivery is confirmed.
5. Retention and security
5.1. Information is retained as long as needed to operate the account, provide the subscription, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. An expired subscription does not by itself mean that every account record is immediately deleted.
5.2. The service uses HTTPS, limits access to administrative components, and protects sign-in data. No method of sending information over the internet guarantees absolute security.
6. Rights and responsibilities
6.1. Users may request information about processing, correction, restriction, or deletion where there is a legal basis, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
6.2. To protect an account, a request may require proof that the user controls its email or Telegram account. Deleting information needed to operate an account may make continued service impossible.
6.3. Users should protect their email and Telegram accounts and never share codes, one-time sign-in links, or personal subscription links. The parties' liability is determined by applicable law.
7. Updates and contact
7.1. The current policy and its revision date are published here. If purposes or processing terms change, the service will provide required notices and obtain renewed consent where required.
7.2. Service: Hidden Eyes System. For data questions, use the protected support page from your account after receiving a subscription.
7.3. Review code: PLAT.
